Flatshare near Wedding - 20 min from Berlin Central station

Hi everyone,
I am sharing one room in my apartment for short term from 15 of February until end of 15th of June 2025
Shared bathroom, shared kitchen.
Electricity and wifi included.
Without registration (anmeldung) : €550 ( warm rent)

P.S: This is not a WG , i am just sharing on of my room in my apartment. Only for those who wants a place of stay and a comfortable environment.

About me:

My name is Safuvan & i live in Berlin for the past 6 years, i worked in many cities in Germany. Last year i was in UK. This year i am back again in Berlin. I am person who likes my own private time and space. I do love go to festivals , play PS, love to watch movies ( I have a mini Home Theatre in my Apartment). I do Calisthenics,Acrobatics and love inline -skating. I love music and now am learning Guitar for almost 1 year. If you are into music and actobatics sport then it would be amazing.

**Important** rules , based on experience

1. Toilet & bathroom must be clean

2. Kitchen should be clean like it is.
3. Smoke in the kitchen.
4. No partying , No extra guests please


I enjoy a serene environment and won't be at the apartment much due to work. I'm fluent in both English and German. My requirements include maintaining a clean space and refraining from hosting parties indoors.

There will be a table and chair also will be provided in the room, which is not shown in the picture.


Viewing is possible in the evenings.
