Hi, im offering my full equipped 2-Room flat with balcony for up to 18 days (max. 6th - 25th of december, but dates are flexibel, Minimum stay 10days) in december 2024 for 45€/night, for the whole periode 38€/night = 700€ total. Sidecosts included.
Including using 1 Public Transport Ticket (Berlin AB) for that time for free.
Flat:
Its a great bright flat in central city center. The location is insane. Its for 1-2 people. It has a sleeping room with a queen-size bed, a living room with a big couch and tv and a connected balcony. Plus bathroom and kitchen. Its fully equiped and funished. There is a elevator in the house.

The flat is located in the center close to the museum area called museumsinsel which is for tourists a big benefit. Several metro stations are close by (U2, U6, U8). Lots of sightseeing things are in walking distance.
