Ich würde gerne meine gemütliche 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Berlin Schöneberg untervermieten.
Idealerweise eine langfristige Untervermietung für mindestens 1 Jahr. 2-3 Jahre möglich.
Am besten wäre nur 1 Person, da ich die Anforderungen der Firma, die das Gebäude besitzt, berücksichtigen muss und sie meine Untervermietung nur zu bestimmten Bedingungen erlauben.
Ich werde meinem Untermieter eine Vermieterbescheinigung geben, damit Sie Ihre Anmeldung bekommen können.

Das Wohnzimmer hat einen großen Dachbodenbereich, der als Schlafzimmer oder was auch immer Sie wollen genutzt werden kann.
Das zweite kleinere Schlafzimmer ist als Büro eingerichtet.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und komfortabel. Aber sie ist un-renoviert.
Die Wände haben Flecken und kleine Makel etc.

Sie befindet sich in einem schönen ruhigen Altbau-Gebäude mit netten Nachbarn.
Der grüne Innenhof lädt zu einem Kaffee in der Nachmittagssonne ein.
Sie ist voll möbliert und die Küche ist zwar einfach, aber komplett ausgestattet.
Die Küche hat einen neueren Gasherd. Neuer Kühlschrank, neue Waschmaschine im Dezember 2024.

Es ist eine Wohnung im ersten Stock, nicht immer sehr hell, aber mit großen Fenstern und hohen Decken.
Ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Loft-Schlafzimmer, zweites Zimmer ist das Büro mit Ankleidebereich und noch einer Hochebene / offene Regale.
Eine Küche mit einer gemütlichen Essecke und ein komplett gefliestes Bad mit Badewanne und Fenster.

Das Loft-Schlafzimmer hat ein Bett mit zwei Matratzen, die einem Kingsize-Bett entsprechen.
Es hat ein Sicherheitsgeländer rundherum.
Ich bin 1,70 m groß und kann auf dem Dachboden ganz aufrecht stehen.

The living room has a large loft area which can be used as a bedroom or whatever you like.
The second smaller bedroom is set up as a office.
The apartment has an eclectic style and is very homey and comfortable. But it is un-renovated.
The walls have marks and small pin holes etc

It is in a beautiful building with nice neighbors.
The apartment has a very cozy vibe and the green courtyard invites to have a coffee outside in the afternoon sun.
It is fully furnished and the kitchen, while quite simple, is fully equipped.
The kitchen has a new gas stove. New fridge, new Washer in December 2024.

It is a first floor apartment, not always very bright but with large windows and high ceilings.
One living room with a loft bedroom, second bedroom is the office with dressing area/open shelving.
A kitchen with a cozy eating area and an all tiled bathroom with a bathtub and window.

The loft bedroom has a bed with two mattresses equal to a king size.
It has a safety rail all around.
I'm 5´6" and can stand all the way upright on the loft. Its a very airy, fun space and a bit warmer up there in the winter month.
