- Zentrale Lage: Wenige Gehminuten zum U-Bahnhof Rathaus Neukölln, Supermärkte (Rewe, Kaufland, Nakauf...) fußläufig, viele Cafés und Bars Weserkiez und Umgebung
- Gute Fahrradanbindung an Kreuzberg und Friedrichshain
- Schöne Umgebung am Kanal für Spaziergänge oder zum Joggen
- viele Yogastudios und Fitnsstudios in der Nähe

⁃ 1-bed room place with separate kitchen and bathroom
⁃ It’s a beautiful well light place ☀️ lots of light in the mornings
⁃ Furnished with Bed, Kitchen, and all necessities 💘
⁃ You’re a walk away from the U Bahn Rathaus Neukölln , super markets (Rewe/Kaufland/Nakauf…), cafes and bars at weserkiez and surrounding areas
⁃ And and easy bike away from Xberg and Fhain
⁃ The canal is super beautiful as well to walk or run down
⁃ There’s also a few gyms and yoga studios as well nearby
