Ich suche von Mitte Januar bis Ende Februar einen befristeten Untermieter (evtl. ist auch eine Verlängerung möglich). Die Kosten für diesen Zeitraum betragen insgesamt 1000 Euro.
Ich suche eine zuverlässige, saubere Person (Nichtraucher).
Ich denke, dass es am besten ist, sich persönlich kennenzulernen und alle Details persönlich zu besprechen. Besichtigungen kann ich allerdings erst ab dem 26.12. anbieten, da ich vorher nicht in Berlin bin (oder vorab z.B, über Zoom)

My apartment is a 50qm 2-room flat, that is very centrally located in Kastanienallee.
The U-Bahn Eberswalder Str. is just around the corner, as well as many restaurants, bars, supermarkets or the Mauerpark.
Important to know is, that I will rent out my apartment fully furnished.
