Hallo! Ich suche eine Untermiete für meine Wohnung von Anfang August bis Mitte September. Es ist eine Einzimmerwohnung, also Küche, Bad, ein Zimmer, man kann darin gut allein oder zu zweit wohnen. Sie ist 36 qm groß, im erhöhten Erdgeschoss, das Fenster geht zur Kurfürstenstraße raus, aber es ist hier sehr ruhig weil dieser Teil der Straße im Park endet. Zum Gleisdreieckpark sind es zu Fuß 3 Minuten, ich mag die Gegend sehr, im Sommer ist es besonders schön. Es gibt eine Badewanne und sonst auch alles, was man so braucht. Die Wohnung wird möbliert untervermietet.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 450€, daher würde ich für den gesamten Zeitraum 750€ vorschlagen (inkl. Internet, Strom, Gas etc.).

Auf der Potsdamer Straße gibt es alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, es gibt viele Parks in der Gegend und man ist sehr schnell überall.
