Friedrichshain Zwischenmiete (29. Sept - 6. Okt)

Hi zusammen,

für den Zeitraum von zwei Wochen vermiete ich meine Wohnung unter (*keine Aussicht auf Verlängerung - sorry*)

WOHNUNG
Die Wohnung hat eine größere Küche, ein süßes Bad und ein Zimmer mit Bett, Sofa und Schreibtisch. Ihr habt auch eine Waschmaschine. Weil die Wohnung zum Innenhof gerichtet ist, ist es sehr ruhig und da im 4. Stock mit Blick auf einen großen Kastanienbaum, auch grün und hell.

Bitte habt Verständnis dafür, dass ich eine Kaution in Höhe von 700 EUR nehme. Natürlich erhaltet ihr diese unmittelbar zurück, wenn die Wohnung samt Gegenstände wieder wie erhalten übergeben wird.

HINWEIS
Zur Transparenz: Die Wohnung bekommt gerade einen Balkon. Alle schweren Baumaßnahmen sind abgeschlossen (es fehlt nur noch die Bodenplatte, die auf das Stahlgerüst gelegt wird). Zudem: ganz im Berliner-Handwerker Modus, tauchen Bauarbeiter auch mal eine ganze Woche nicht auf - das heißt, es ist mit sehr hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit kein Geräuschpegel zu erwarten. Ganz ausschließen kann ich es aber natürlich nicht. In den letzten zwei Wochen bspw. war hier niemand.

LAGE
Die Niederbarnimstraße ist 100m vom Boxhagener Platz entfernt. Du findest hier alles in 2min. Laufnähe: Restaurants, Cafe's, Bars, Supermärkte, Späti's - ein süßes Kino ist 10m entfernt und eine Eisdiele im Erdgeschoss.

Hi everyone,

for the period of two weeks I sublease my flat (*no prospect of extension - sorry*)

FLAT
The flat has a bigger kitchen, a cute bathroom and a room with a bed, sofa and desk. You also have a washing machine. Because the flat faces the inner courtyard, it is very quiet and because it is on the 4th floor with a view of a large chestnut tree, it is also green and bright.

Please understand that I take a deposit of 700 EUR. Of course, you will get this back immediately when the flat and all its belongings are returned as received.

NOTE
For transparency: The flat is currently getting a balcony. All the heavy construction work has been completed (only the floor slab is still missing, which will be laid on the steel frame). What's more, in true Berlin tradesman fashion, construction workers sometimes don't show up for a whole week - which means there is a high probability that there will be no noise at all and a very high chance that it is only very minor. But of course I can't rule it out completely. But, for example, nobody has been here in the last two weeks.

LOCATION
Niederbarnimstraße is 100 metres from Boxhagener Platz. You can find everything here in 2min. walking distance: restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, Späti's - a cute cinema is 10m away and an ice cream shop on the ground floor of the building.
