Biete meine tolle, gemütliche 70qm Wohnung für einen Monat zur Zwischenmiete an. Du kannst sie auch wochenweise. mieten, pro Woche 300€. Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Durchgangs-Wohnzimmer, in welchem sich eine kleine 2. Ebene mit einem weiteren Bett befindet. In das Schlafzimmer kann man aber auch außen rum gehen und muss nicht durch das Wohnzimmer. Die zweite Ebene mit dem zweiten Bett erreicht man über eine kleine schräge Leiter. Die kleine Ebene ist zum Wohnzimmer und zum Flur hin offen.
Es gibt eine vollausgestattete Küche mit Spül- sowie eine Waschmaschine.
Im Schlafzimmer gibt es einen Arbeitsplatz und es geht ein kleiner gemütlicher Balkon ab. Die Wohnung befindet sich zum Innenhof und ist sehr ruhig. Nur morgens kommt manchmal die Müllabfuhr und rumpelt.

Ich lebe dort normalerweise mit meinen zwei frei-lebenden Kaninchen, wenn du allergisch bist, ist das vielleicht nichts für dich.

The flat has two rooms, a bedroom and a walk-through living room, in which there is a small 2nd level with another bed. The bedroom can also be accessed from the outside and one does not have to go through the living room. The second level with the second bed can be reached via a small sloping ladder. The small level is open to the living room and the hallway.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.
In the bedroom there is a workplace and a small cozy balcony. The apartment faces the inner courtyard and is very quiet. Only the garbage collection sometimes comes in the morning and rumbles around.

I usually live there with my two bunnies, they won't be there, but in case you're allergic I would probably not recommend the flat since they live free and run around everywhere.
