The apartment is centrally located in Friedrichshain, near Boxi. It is 5-10 minutes away from both Warschauer Strasse and Ostkreuz. The north-facing terrace gets plenty of sunlight and has an unobstructed view of Friedrichshain.

Friedrichshain is one of the most popular and interesting neighborhoods in Berlin and represents a perfect mix of the neighboring neighborhoods of Kreuzberg and Prenzlauer Berg. While Kreuzberg's lively gastronomic and artistic scene has a clear influence on daily life here, Friedrichshain also impresses with its appealing architecture and beautiful Old buildings, as can often be found in Prenzlauer Berg. The connections to other neighborhoods are also quick and uncomplicated thanks to numerous tram lines and the S-Bahn connection on Warschauer Straße.

Rent includes all utilities and the apartment is fully furnished. A cellar storage room is available for rent depending on availability.

I am moving out of the apartment and looking for someone to take over. The minimum rental period is until the end of December, with the maximum being unlimited.
