I am subletting this flat for 2 WEEKS ONLY! Not longer. It is a dreamy Altbau flat, high ceilings and fully renovated. New bathroom and new kitchen. It is very quiet ans faces a huge green backyard.
I would like to have a 250€ security deposit which you get back when there are no harms to the flat. I will move many personal things out of the flat during this time so you have lots of space.
The flat is located in the lovely Kollwitzkiez in Prenzlauer Berg. A very quiet and safe area with many restaurants and green parks. There is a weekly market on Thursdays and Saturdays down the street and Mauerpark is only a few minutes away. The nearest Station is Eberswalder Str. (U2) and Husemannstraße (M10) as well as Marienburger Straße (M2) which takes you to Alexanderplatz in 10-15 mins.
I am only renting this out to 1-2 persons, preferrably women. No pets, no smokers, no kids.
There is not much space for storage so it is suited best if you are on vacation or traveling. It is most important to me that the flat stays as it is and is in safe hands.
