Renovierte und neu eingerichtete Wohnung in super Lage zur Untermiete

Frisch renovierte Wohnung in Altbau. Komplett neu eingerichtet und hat alle Basics + Geschirrspüler :) Perfekt, um sich eine Weile in Berlin wohlzufühlen. Auch super zum Arbeiten mit geilem Schreibtisch und schnellem Internet. Anstelle eines Fernsehers gibt es einen tollen Projektor. Badewanne und Regendusche sind auch komplett neu :)

Liegt zwischen Ostkreuz und Frankfurter Allee, in meinem Lieblingsviertel Friedrichshain. Direkt an der S-Bahn gelegen (wirklich direkt nebenan, man kann im Wohnzimmer die Bahn vorbeifahren hören), sind es nur 5 Minuten zur Ringbahn Frankfurter Allee und man ist super angebunden! Ich bin für einige Wochen nicht in Berlin und würde die Wohnung gerne kurzfristig an fürsorgliche Untermieter abgeben. Ideal für Paare oder Singles, die hier Urlaub machen wollen, die Stadt erkunden oder einfach nur entspannen. Ich könnte auch 2 Fahrräder bei Bedarf zur verfügung stellen.

Auch zeitweises Mieten möglich, allerdings mindestens 2 Wochen (40 € pro Tag).

Da fast alle Möbel gerade einmal 2 Monate alt sind, würde ich mich über jemanden freuen, der sorgsam mit der Wohnung umgeht. Es gibt noch ein paar No-Gos:

Nicht drinnen rauchen!! (Ekelig)
Keine Tiere (Allergien)
Keine WG (Nur 1 Bett)

Freshly renovated apartment in an old building. Completely newly furnished and equipped with all the basics + a dishwasher :) Perfect for feeling comfortable in Berlin for a while. Also great for working, with a cool desk and fast internet. Instead of a TV, there is a great projector. The bathtub and rain shower are also brand new :)

Located between Ostkreuz and Frankfurter Allee, in my favorite neighborhood of Friedrichshain. Right next to the S-Bahn (literally right next door, you can hear the train passing by from the living room), it’s just 5 minutes to the Ringbahn at Frankfurter Allee, and you’re well-connected! I will be out of Berlin for a few weeks and would like to temporarily rent the apartment to caring subtenants. Ideal for couples or singles who want to vacation here, explore the city, or simply relax. I could also provide 2 bicycles if needed.

Temporary rental is also possible, but for a minimum of 2 weeks (40 € per day).

Since almost all the furniture is just 2 months old, I would appreciate someone who takes good care of the apartment. There are a few no-gos:

No smoking inside!! (Disgusting)
No pets (Allergies)
No shared apartments (Only 1 bed)
