It's just a 4-minute walk to the Kleistpark U-bahn station, where you can catch the U7 or a bus, a 10-minute walk to the Blülowstraße U2 station, and only 5-10 minutes to the Yorkstraße S and U-bahn stations (S1, S2, S25, U7).

Shopping:
There's a LIDL just around the corner, and if you walk 10 minutes towards Yorkstraße, you can reach Rewe and BioCompany. Keep walking south along Hauptstraße, and you'll find the Richard-von-Weizsäcker-Platz commercial area, where you can discover Aldi, 24/7 REWE, DM, Rossmann, TK-Maxx, Woolworth, and the Post office to meet all your needs.

Parks:
Within just 5-25 minutes by bike, you can reach Kleispark, Gleisdreieck, Viktoria Park, and Tempelhof Feld.

Großgörschenstraße is divided by the S-Bahn line 1, connected by a pedestrian underpass. To the west of the Sbahn station (S1), the street is a quiet residential area with many old buildings, while to the east side is the Old St. Matthäus churchyard, Café Finovo, and several hidden Italian restaurants. The transportation connections are excellent, and there are good shopping opportunities on Hauptstraße and Potsdamer Strasse. There's also a weekly market on the corner between Crellestrasse and Mansteinstrasse. The neighbourhood offers a diverse cultural life on Goltzstraße, Akazienstraße, and Bergmanstraße. The nearby Gleisdreieck and Heinrich-von-Kleist park provides plenty of green space for outdoor exercise.

To proceed with the rental, we need the usual documents such as proof of income (payslips or an employment contract with salary details). Additionally, we will need IDs for verification purposes and SHUFA. The rental price for one person is 1000 EUR per month. For a second person, an additional charge of 50 EUR per month will be applied to cover the double water consumption and extra electricity, gas and heating.

Please note that a deposit and the rent for the first month must be paid before the rental period begins.
