Hello everyone! I'm going on holiday for 3 weeks in November and I'd like to rent my beloved flat to an extremely reliable and quiet person!
The flat is on the ground floor, with a small balcony, in a very quiet building, which is why it is important for me to find someone who does not organise parties or disturb the neighbourhood.
The price for 3 weeks is 650€ all inclusive (internet and bills), plus I ask for a deposit of 500€ which will of course be returned at the end of the stay.
I want to rent the flat to a single person, no couples sorry :/
The flat is in a great location, bus and sbahn stop two minutes walk away! Supermarkets within a 7-minute walk and a nice park nearby!
The dates are not flexible so please just text me if they suits for you! (9th of November ubtil 30th of November 2024)
