sublet between 21.11 until 30.11 ONLY - 2-bedroom apartment in Prenzlauer Berg

Hello! We are subletting our 2-bedroom apartment between the 21st until the 30th of November. It's not possible to extend this period. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one living room, one bathroom with bathtub, and a balcony. Kitchen is fully equipped, there's a nice work space, and linen/towels will be offered. It's a new building and there's an elevator so super accessible. The apartment is located right in the border between Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg, with easy access to the busy areas of Mitte such as Alexanderplatz and the Museum Island as well the calm, walkable streets os Prenzlauer Berg. We have a toddler so the apartment is suitable for families with one or two kids. Also possible to rent it for one or two individuals without children.
