Cozy, furnished 2-room-apartment to sublet temporarily in central location - 66m2

Hello! We are Arnold & Romy and we are going to travel for a few months. We are looking for one or two people for our cozy and warm apartment. What is important:

- Dec. 21, 2024 – March 31, 2025 (somewhat flexible, from January on is also OK). We are looking for someone for the entire period
- Rent is 1200 € / month all inclusive (with normal heating, water and electricity consumption)
- Bedroom, living room, kitchen, hallway, balcony, bathroom & storage room
- Furnished - of course we'll take out our personal belongings, so you have space for yours
- Well equipped for home office
- Central location near Alexanderplatz / Jannowitzbrücke / Ostbahnhof

- Pets are not allowed in the building
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but it is on the balcony

- The landlord needs: last 3 pay slips, Schufa (solicitar ahora) , proof of rent payment (Mietschuldenfreiheit) and a copy of your passport or ID. This gives you the opportunity to register here.

Hallo! Wir sind Arnold & Romy und verreisen für ein paar Monate. Wir suchen eine oder zwei Personen für unsere gemütliche und warme Wohnung. Was ist wichtig:

- In der Wohnung darf nicht geraucht werden, nur auf dem Balkon

- Der Vermieter benötigt: die letzten 3 Gehaltsabrechnungen, Schufa (solicitar ahora) , Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung (Nachweis der Mietzahlung) und eine Kopie deines Reisepasses oder ID. Damit hast du die Möglichkeit einer Anmeldung.
