Ich bin erst letzten Dezember eingezogen und habe einige Renovierungsarbeiten veranlasst.
Es ist frisch gestrichen und tapeziert.
Im EG befindet sich eine Toilette und eine offene Küche.
Im 1. Geschoss ein großer Raum, eine Dusche, Waschmaschine und Toilette.
Beide Räume sind möbliert (Sofa, 2 TVs, Regale, Kommode, Schminktisch, Bett, Schrank, Kommode)

Aufgrund der Lage verlockt die Wohnung sehr zur Party Wohnung.

El apartamento está situado en el edificio trasero de la planta baja y está conectado a la primera planta a través de una escalera espiral interna, que consta de dos habitaciones abiertas con techos altos. Sólo me mudé en diciembre pasado y he realizado algunos trabajos de renovación. Ha sido recientemente pintado y pintado.
En la planta baja hay un aseo y una cocina abierta. En el primer piso, hay una habitación grande, una ducha, una lavadora y un aseo.
Ambas habitaciones están amuebladas (sofa, 2 televisores, estantes, cómoda, vanidad, cama, armario, pecho de cajones).

Debido a la ubicación, el apartamento es muy tentador como un lugar de fiesta, pero definitivamente no quiero eso!
