The apartment is located on the first floor of the backyard building surrounded by a garden and the backyard. It has a living room, one sleeping room with a 1,40m bed, a spacious kitchen and a small bathroom. It is very quiet and cozy and has everything one needs for spending a nice time in Berlin. Perfect for one or two persons.
The neighborhood is very friendly. The other inhabitants of the house are always happy to help out.
Wunderschöne und gemütliche 2-Zimmerwohnung in Neukölln, nahe der Hermannstr., jedoch super ruhig im Hinterhaus, umgeben von einem Garten gelegen.
Die Wohnung hat ein Wohnzimmer mit großem gemütlichem Sofa, und ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett (1,40m).
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und bietet Platz zum Kochen und gemütlichen Essen.
Der Garten kann mitgenutzt werden.
Für eine oder zwei Personen geeignet (nur ein Bett vorhanden).
The apartment is close to S+U Hermannstr. (Ringbahn, U8 and busses) - aprox. seven minutes walking distance. Lidl is located in the parallel street and other supermarkets and shops are at the trainstation and along Hermanstr. As well as many different restaurants, Spätis and bistros.
The Tempelhofer Feld is 25 minutes walking distance away.
Parking on the street is free.
Die Wohnung liegt im Hinterhaus in einer ruhigen Querstraße zur Hermannstr. Die Ringbahn, sowie die U8 sind in 7 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die U7 ist 12 Gehminuten entfernt, außerdem gibt es eine Bushaltestelle (M44, 277, 377) um die Ecke.
Parken kann man kostenlos in der Straße oder den Parallelstraßen.
In der Parallelstraße gibt es einen Lidl, Rewe, DM und einige andere Geschäfte sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. An Spätis und Essenslocations mangelt es auch nicht!
Das Tempelhofer Feld ist etwa 25 Gehminuten entfernt. Etwas näher ist der wunderschöne Körnerpark.
Die Wohnung liegt super, um direkt aus der Stadt raus und Richtung Brandenburger Seen zu fahren, da die A100 nicht weit ist (die Autobahn ist hier unterirdisch, sodass man sie nicht hört).
The apartment is available from December 14th 2024 to January 6th 2025. Part time renting, e.g. one week within the time frame is also possible.

If you’re going to rent the apartment we will make contract.
