Hey, I’ll be living abroad for several months and my apartment will be available from December to April.
Since I’ll be leaving this weekend, you could move in on Nov 24 and you’ll get the rest of November (Nov 24 — Nov 30) for free :))
Nov 30 or Dec 1or later in December also works for me.
If you want to stay only for 1 or 2 months, that’s okay as well. Timewise I am pretty flexible, I plan to return to Berlin sometime in April.
My apartment is located in a beautiful house from around 1900 near Bismarckstr and Ku’damm and Ernst-Reuter-Platz.
70 sqm, 2nd floor, 2 rooms, 1 room with a kitchen (so 3 rooms in total), modern bathroom, balcony, stucco, wooden floorboards, high ceilings, big windows, washing machine, tumbler/ laundry dryer, dishwasher, WLAN :)
