We are the current tenants and leave on 1.12.2024 and looking for the new tenants (Nachmieter) for the landlords

Big 2 room flat in an unrefurbished buiding (unsanierter Altbau). The building is not beautiful from outside.

2 big rooms, big bathroom, kitchen, hall

Fits 2-4 friends (1-2 per room) for a couple, flat share etc.

900 cold plus gas and electricity (you make your own contract with the provider, at the moment we pay 70€ electricity and 130€ gas; the amount depends on your consumption)

the oven, dish washer, fridge and washing machine are from the landlords. They want to sell for all together 300€ (condition to move in). Everything works totally fine, we are using the amenities until moving out.

They are some furniture you can use from the landlord (bed, big cupboard, little cupboards, kitchen cupboards..)

10 min. to walk to S Wollankstraße

No jobcenter, no bundesagentur for arbeit (landslords’ condition)

Pay the first rent 900€ plus 1000€ deposit to the landlords and you are inside.

Contract is limited one year with possibility to extent.

International house (south america, india, nepal), international people are very welcome

Visits flexible.
