In der Küche findet sich viel Platz zum gemeinsamen Kochen und Verweilen.
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Neukölln, zwischen Rixdorf und der Karl-Marx-Straße, in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße im 4. Stock. Durch die offene Lage genießt man den ganzen Tag über Sonne und viel Licht, da auf einer Seite keine direkten Nachbarn vorhanden sind.
Die Umgebung ist lebendig und vielseitig: Moderne Bars und Restaurants treffen auf das traditionelle Neukölln mit seinen arabischen Geschäften. Wer Erholung sucht, findet Grünflächen wie das Tempelhofer Feld ganz in der Nähe. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, inklusive U7 und Busanbindung.

The apartment is located in the heart of Neukölln, between Rixdorf and Karl-Marx-Strasse, on a quiet side street on the 4th floor. Thanks to the open location, the apartment enjoys sunlight all day and plenty of natural light, as there are no direct neighbors on one side.
The neighborhood is vibrant and diverse: trendy bars and restaurants meet the traditional side of Neukölln, with its Arab shops and markets. For relaxation, beautiful green areas like Tempelhofer Feld are nearby. Everything is within walking distance, including U7 subway and bus connections.

Wer etwas Ruhe und Natur sucht, findet wunderschöne Grünanlagen, wie auch das Tempelhoferfeld ganz in der Nähe. Alles ist bequem fußläufig zu erreichen. Oder man steigt einfach in die Bahn, U7/ Bus.

Or you can simply take the train, U7/bus.

Unsere Wohnung wird inklusive aller Nebenkosten (Strom, Heizung, Internet) vermietet. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Küchengeräte sowie Geschirr sind vorhanden, sodass die Wohnung direkt bezogen werden kann.
Wir suchen zuverlässige, ordentliche Mieter, die die Wohnung und ihre Nachbarschaft respektieren. Haustiere und Rauchen sind in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt.
Ein Mietvertrag wird für die Dauer des Aufenthalts aufgesetzt.

We are looking for reliable and tidy tenants who will respect the apartment and the neighborhood. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment.
A rental contract will be provided for the duration of the stay.
