Renting a room/two-room apartment(300 eur/600 eur) for 2.5 weeks in 23rd December - 9th January in Mitte/Wedding (Wedding/Leopoldplatz)

Renting 1 room/whole apartment (you can choose) for 2.5 weeks while I will be away travelling.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a nice altbaum with wooden floors, 2 room apartment with a balcony.
It is composed of the bedroom with a king-size bed and the living room with a sofa which unfolds to a bed.
It is fully equipped - has all the furniture, fully equipped kitchen, 1gb optic internet etc.

Surroundings: the apartment is very warm and cosy, located in a nice neighbourhood - Sprengelkiez. There are a lot of supermarkets closeby, restaurants, cafes, brewery, cinema et. The canal is 10 mins walking from the place, perfect for a walk.


Transportation: very conveniently located on the ring-bahn (Wedding s-bahn, 5mins walking), right behind Leopoldplatz U6/U9 u-bahn(2 mins walking)

You can rent our 1 room or the whole apartment - my roommate will not be in the apartment during these days
1 room(bedroom) - 300 eur (deposit 500 eur) - around 20 m2
All of the apartment - 600 eur (deposit 500 eur) - 64 m2
Dates: 3rd-27th November (can be slightly flexible on the dates)

Looking for someone responsible, who will take care of the space.
Please don't smoke in the apartment(ok on the balcony)
