Cosy 3 Room Flat in the Heart of Neukölln for Subrent 29.12 - 15.01 Extended Stay possible

Hi!

Since im gonna be out of town for a bit over new years, ill be subrenting my beautiful 3 room flat
from the 29.12 to the 15.01

Normally i inhabit 2 of the rooms, since my last roommate moved out recently, the third room is empty,
if you would be looking for accomodation for the whole of January, we could talk about an extended stay also after i return.

The flat is not too soundproof and the neighbors a little sensitive, so i would kindly ask to keep it chill at home.
One room is equipped with a Comfy bed, the other one has a couch that can be opened up with a dedicated sleeping
matress inside.

There is also a cute garden in the center of the buildings block

The flat would be great for friends/couples/small familys wanting to visit the city over christmas,
or also really just people who are looking for accomodation.

The location is very well equipped with restaurants and cafes, supermarket, public transit, cultural spaces, etc.
There is a beautiful park 4 Minutes by walk, the Tempelhofer feld is also not far.


The Fare as the deposit are to be payed in advance,
we can have a little Video call or even a viewing in person if we find time.
