Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral, nahe der Schönhauser Allee, U2, S-Bahn Ring 41/42 oder Tram M12/M1/M2, sehr nah an der Eberswalder Straße und auch an Alexanderplatz (10 Min. mit U-Bahn oder Tram). In der Nähe sind Rewe und Netto, und etwas weiter gibt es Lidl, den man mit dem Fahrrad erreichen kann.
Außerdem gibt es rundherum Apotheken und Restaurants.

Unsere Nachbarschaft ist ruhig, und die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich.
13.-18. Januar und vom 20./21. Februar bis 19. März. Perfekt für ein Paar, aber auch für Singles.
Miete 1.200€ für den Monat, inklusive aller Nebenkosten.
*Es ist eine Kaution von 1.000€ erforderlich, die zurückerstattet wird, wenn die Wohnung in gutem Zustand zurückgegeben wird. Für die Januar-Woche verlangen wir 260€ (die Einzugsdaten sind verhandelbar).

We are renting our apartment for sublease/short term. 60 square meters, fully furnished.
The apartment is very centrally located, close to Schönhauser Allee, U2, S-Bahn Ring 41/42, or Tram M12/M1/M2, very close to Eberswalder Straße and also to Alexanderplatz by U-Bahn or Tram (10 minutes). Nearby, you will find Rewe and Netto, and a bit further, Lidl, which can be reached by bike. There are also pharmacies and restaurants around. Our neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors are very friendly.
January 13th-18th and from February 20th/21st to March 19th. Perfect for a couple, but also for singles.
Rent is 1,200€ per month, including all utilities.
*A deposit of 1,000€ is required, which will be refunded when the apartment is returned in good condition. For the week in January, we ask for 260€ (the entry dates are negotiable).
