Ich biete meine Wohnung als Zwischenmiete ab dem 15.2. bis ca. 5.3.2025 an, da ich in der Zeit im Urlaub sein werde. Sie ist günstig zu vermieten, da ich jemanden suche, der in der Zeit auf meine zwei Katen aufpasst und sich um diese kümmert bzw. einfach jemand der bei ihnen ist, so dass sie nicht so lange alleine sind. I am offering my apartment as an interim rental from February 15th. until around March 5, 2025, as I will be on vacation during that time. The rent is so low because I'm looking for someone to take care of my two cats during the time; simply to look after them so that they aren't alone for too long. Beautiful & cozy 2-room apartment with a sufficiently large kitchen & bathroom, living room & bedroom in the old building.
Very good location with S-Bahn. Subway & tram connection as well as supermarkets etc.
