bei mir steht eine berufliche Auszeit an, sodass ich gerne meine Wohnung für 9 Monate untervermieten möchte ab März. Zur Vermietung steht meine schöne 2 Zimmer Altbauwohnung im Süden von Weißensee, nahe Prenzlauer Berg. Sie ist knapp 60qm und charmant mit Dielen und Stuck und einer großen Küche zum Sitzen ausgestattet, dazu noch ein Sonnenbalkon... Kosten wären 1.100€ pro Monat (inklusive Internet, Strom etc.).
Die Hausverwaltung ist auch informiert und mit der Untermiete einverstanden ist, sodass es auch offizielle wäre.
Der Beginn wäre zum 01.03.2025 und dann bis 30.11.2025

Lage:
Von hier bist in 5min an der nächsten Tramhaltestelle (3 Stationen bis zur Ringbahn oder 15min bis Alex). In 15min spazieren im Prenzlauer Berg. Und nicht zu vergessen im Handumdrehen am Weißensee, der zum Baden einlädt :)
