I am subletting my apartment directly at Klausenerplatz from the 27th of March to the 31st of May. The flat is suitable for a couple or 2 friends.

-1 bedroom with king size bed, big closet and balcony on the 4th floor (with elevator). Big curved monitor for working.
-1 living room with a huge sofa bed, 65inch TV with Netflix, Amazon, Disney+ and PlayStation 4.
-High speed internet Telekom
-1 bathroom with window and shower
-1 fully equipped kitchen with DeLonghi and Nespresso coffee maschine, dishwasher and washing machine.

The flat is just 5 minutes walking to Sbahn Westend, 12 minutes to U2 Sophie-Charlotte-Platz. Edeka is just in front of the building, Rewe, Lidl, Rossmann 5 min walking. Anmeldung is not possible unfortunately. Price is 1250€ per month and 800€ deposit that will be given back at the end of the stay. A view of the flat is possible of course.

Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich.
Preis: 1250 € pro Monat
Kaution: 800 € (wird am Ende des Aufenthalts zurückerstattet)

Eine Besichtigung der Wohnung ist natürlich möglich.
