Amazing 2-room appartment in Neukölln!
I will be away from April until middle of June, so I am subletting my beautiful appartment for those dates (flexible). The rent is 1000 euro pro Month plus Nebenkosten (1150 Total), can be adapted to the days you are staying. Kaution would be 500.

The appartment is quite cozy, fully equipped and has anything one wishes for a sensational experience in one of the most beloved neighborhoods in Berlin.

It includes a King Size Bed and a Sofa-Bed, so it is best suitable for two people. It has a newly installed kitchen, washmachine, fridge and stove to cover all needs. I am interested into art and music, so you will find a nice decorated appartment with a Vinyl Player, E-Piano, guitar, lots of books and a projector to have some lovely movie nights. It also has a balcony connected to the sleeping room.

The neighbors are friendly people and the building is pretty nice and well preserved.

No parties and no pets

Ich bin von April bis Mitte Juni unterwegs, also vermiete (zwischenmiete) ich meine schöne Wohnung für diese Daten (flexibel). 1000 euro/Monat + Nebenkosten (1150 Total).

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, komplett ausgestattet und hat alles, was man sich für ein sensationelles Erlebnis in einem der beliebtesten Viertel Berlins wünscht.

Es verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein Schlafsofa, so dass es am besten für zwei Personen geeignet ist. Es verfügt über eine neu installierte Küche, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank und Herd, um alle Bedürfnisse zu decken. Ich interessiere mich für Kunst und Musik, so dass Sie eine schön dekorierte Wohnung mit einem Vinyl-Player, E-Piano, Gitarre, vielen Büchern und einem Projektor finden, um einige schöne Filmabende zu haben.

Die Nachbarn sind freundliche Leute und das Gebäude ist ziemlich schön und gut erhalten.
