room in a shared 100m2 flat in Adlershof

Hello,
I am Virginia and I am leaving my room in a 100m2 flat in Adlershof from 1st of april.
The flat is in a new building, with very respectful and quiet neighbors.
There are two more male housemates, both Italian, one working as cabin crew and one working at the university: they are both clean, respectful, nice and quiet, both speak english.
The flat is fully furnished (dishwasher, washing machine, tv) however, since when I entered the house the bedroom was completely empty, I wil ask 500 euros for the existing furniture (king size bed, big closet, sofa, table) but we can surely come to an agreement.
The flat is 8 mins walking from the sbahn and bus station, 2 mins walking from Netto, Aldi, Lidl, Mcfit and McDonald.
The rent is 693,94 euros each, around 26 euros for electricity cost and 17 euros for wifi: so in total around 730 euros.
In the flat, there is a big bright living room with big sofa and big table, spacious kitchen with 2 fridges, one balcony, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets both with shower (you will have a private one), basement.
The floor heating works perfectly and is situated in each room.
