2-room newly constructed apartment

I am handing over my 2-room apartment in Marzahn. The building is newly constructed and was completed in 2023. I was the first tenant in the apartment.

It has one bedroom and one living room, built-in kitchen, toilet with a shower and a big balcony.

The apartment is located on the 8th floor with 2 elevators. Underground parking space is available but has to be rented separately.

I pay €1070 warm (without electricity and internet) but the new tenant might have to pay a little more since you will sign a new contract with the building administration.

Additionally, I am selling almost all of my furniture which almost new is mostly from IKEA and in good shape and well maintained. The cost for complete furniture is €2000 that includes free items too. The list of the furniture will be shared with the prospective tenants. Many items have long time warranty from IKEA such as the sofa was recently bought and has 10 years of warranty. The washing machine also has life time warranty.

The apartment is ideal for singles/couples. Rewe is at the ground floor of the building. Tram stop M8/M18 is around 4 mins by foot and S-bahn S7/S75 is 10 mins by foot. Cleverfit, Rossmann etc. are nearby the tram stop at Helene Weigel Platz. McFit is 20 mins by foot.
