Super Sunny Apartment in Fhain (Near Bersarinplatz) – Away from the Loud Hustle and Bustle

The apartment has a spacious living room, a smaller bedroom, and an attached balcony. It is very bright and sunny. Of course, there is also a kitchen and a bathroom ;) WiFi, washing machine, kitchen appliances, etc. is all there.

Supermarkets are a 5-minute walk away, the nearest U-Bahn station (Frankfurter Tor) is also a 5-minute walk, and the S-Bahn/Ringbahn is about 5-7 minutes away.

The building is located in a very quiet area with a friendly neighborhood. One of my best friends lives in the same building, so she can help you out if you ever need anything ;)

What I expect: No parties, no pets, smoking only on the balcony, and liability insurance. The apartment can be rented by a maximum of 2 people.

Rent: €1200 per month (€1300 for 2 people)
Deposit: €600 (which will, of course, be refunded if everything is in order).

A shorter rental period of at least 4 weeks is also possible.
