Cozy 1,5 Room Flat, 3 Weeks in Schöneberg/Akazienkiez

Hi. I'm Philipp, and I'm offering my well-located, pet- and smoke-free apartment on the ground floor in the neighborhood of Schöneberg for a 3-week lease (flexible, 1 or 2 weeks are also fine.) and the total price is 600 (200/week) euro plus 400 euro refundable deposit.

I'm searching for a considerate tenant who is quiet and clean, who can take good care of the apartment during the lease. It's also perfectly suited as a home office; there will be a 4K 27-inch monitor that you can use.

A formal rental contract will be provided. However, Anmeldung is not possible.

Many good restaurants, shops, supermarkets, parks, flea market, buses, and the subway are within walking distance. Even though it's in the side building, it gets a lot of sunlight.

It’s an old building with thin ceilings, so you might occasionally hear the neighbor walking upstairs, but it never bothered me. If you’re sensitive to this noise, this apartment might not be the best fit for you.

The kitchen is still not finished (maybe 80% complete), but it is equipped with essential cooking amenities, including a dishwasher, fridge, and a single gas stove.

The apartment has Sonos speakers in every room (except the bathroom), partial Hue light system integration, a home iPhone with Spotify, fast 1000 Mbit/s internet, a television, Apple TV (you have to use your own accounts), and an external 27-inch monitor for your notebook. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.
