Beautiful Short-Term Apartment Rental
I’m renting out my renovated old-building apartment in Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf from March 27th to at least June 14th. The dates are flexible with a minimum stay of 4 weeks.

I’m looking for a responsible and calm tenant who will treat the apartment as their own. Smoking is not allowed.
This is a short-term rental with no registration possible. If you need a few extra days, feel free to ask!
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen und sicheren Gegend, nur 10 Minuten vom Kurfürstendamm entfernt. Supermärkte, ein 24h-Edeka sowie U-Bahn, Ringbahn und Bus sind fußläufig erreichbar.

The apartment is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, just 10 minutes from Kurfürstendamm, close to supermarkets (including a 24-hour Edeka), and well-connected by subway, Ringbahn, and buses.
