Die Wohnung befindet sich in der beliebten Fliegersiedlung in Neu-Tempelhof, im "Berliner Ring" gelegen. Das Tempelhofer Feld ist nur ca. 750m entfernt und bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. In der Nähe gibt es sowohl ein McFit als auch ein FitX Fitnessstudio. Der Hof/Garten bietet eine Grünfläche mit zwei Kinderspielplätzen. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist hervorragend: Der Bahnhof Südkreuz (ca. 900m) und der Bahnhof Tempelhof (ca. 750m) bieten Zugang zu S-Bahn, U-Bahn sowie Regional- und Fernverkehr. Die Umgebung zeichnet sich durch eine ruhige und freundliche Nachbarschaft aus.

The apartment is located in the popular Fliegersiedlung in Neu-Tempelhof, situated in the "Berliner Ring" area. Tempelhofer Feld (the former airport turned into a huge park) is only about 750m away and easily accessible by foot. Various shopping facilities are within walking distance. There is both a McFit and a FitX gym nearby. The courtyard/garden offers a green space with two children's playgrounds. Transportation connections are excellent: Südkreuz station (approx. 900m) and Tempelhof station (approx. 750m) provide access to S-Bahn, U-Bahn, as well as regional and long-distance trains. The area is characterized by a quiet and friendly neighborhood.

Die Wohnung ist für den Zeitraum vom 8. April bis 8. August 2025 verfügbar. Ich suche eine zuverlässige Person, die sorgsam mit der Wohnung und den vermieteten Gegenständen umgeht und bereit ist, zur ruhigen Wohngegend und freundlichen Nachbarschaft beizutragen. Parties sind in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt. Haustiere sind nicht gestattet. Alle Nebenkosten (Internet, Strom und Gas) sind in der Monatsmiete von 1200€ enthalten.

The apartment is available from April 8 to August 8, 2025. I'm looking for a reliable person who will take care of the apartment and the rented items, and who is willing to contribute to the quiet neighborhood and friendly community. Parties are not allowed in the apartment. Pets are not permitted. All utilities (internet, electricity, and gas) are included in the monthly rent of €1200.
