Alquilo mi hermoso apartamento de 3 habitaciones en el corazón de Samaritan Kiez durante mi estancia en el extranjero durante 12 meses.

Estoy buscando a una persona responsable y confiada que se ocupa del apartamento y mis cosas :) Una manera de extender el alquiler es lamentablemente no posible, ya que entonces necesito el apartamento de nuevo para mí mismo.

El apartamento está situado en la muy hermosa Voigtstraße. En 6min se puede caminar en la pista del anillo o U5. Cerca hay cafeterías, restaurantes, bares y supermercados.

El apartamento se alquila amueblado.

El apartamento sólo se alquila a no fumadores. También se recoge un depósito de un mes de alquiler.

Estoy sublevando mi hermoso apartamento de 3 habitaciones Altbau en el corazón de Samariterkiez durante 12 meses mientras estoy en el extranjero.

1 de mayo de 2025 hasta el 30 de abril de 2026

Estoy buscando a un inquilino responsable y confiable que cuidará bien el apartamento y mis pertenencias. Desafortunadamente, una extensión del período de alquiler no es posible, ya que necesitaré el apartamento para mí después.

El apartamento está situado en la hermosa Voigtstraße, a solo 6 minutos a pie del Ringbahn y del U5. Tiendas de última hora, cafes, restaurantes, bares y supermercados están a poca distancia.

El apartamento se alquila totalmente amueblado.

¡Sólo para no fumadores! Además, el depósito de seguridad es un mes de alquiler.

Ich vermiete meine schöne 3 Zimmer Altbauwohnung im Herzen des Samariter Kiez während meines Auslandsaufenthaltes für 12 Monate.

Ich suche ein verantwortungsbewusste und vertrauensvolle Person, die mit der Wohnung und meinen Dingen pfleglich umgeht :) Eine Möglichkeit zur Verlängerung der Miete ist leider nicht möglich, da ich die Wohnung dann wieder für mich selbst benötige.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der sehr schönen Voigtstraße. In jeweils 6Min ist man zu Fuß an der Ringbahn oder U5. Spätis, Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und Supermärkte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die Wohnung wird möbliert vermietet.

Die Wohnung wird nur an Nichtraucher vermietet. Außerdem wird eine Kaution in Höhe einer Monatsmiete erhoben.

I’m subleasing my beautiful 3-room Altbau apartment in the heart of Samariterkiez for 12 months while I’m abroad.

1st of May 2025 until 30th of April 2026

I’m looking for a responsible and trustworthy tenant who will take good care of the apartment and my belongings. Unfortunately, an extension of the rental period is not possible, as I will need the apartment for myself afterward.

The apartment is located on the lovely Voigtstraße, just a 6-minute walk from both the Ringbahn and the U5. Late-night shops, cafés, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are all within walking distance.

The apartment is rented fully furnished.

Only for non-smokers! In addition, the security deposit is one month’s rent.
