Hello, Iam renting my room but propably I will also travelling.
From april iam travelling if you wanna stay monthly i can rent it for 850.
Thereis a small room you dont see on the pictures, that would be for my stuff or for me if I would be there.
Everything you need is inside. Also a very comfortable bed, perfect for people with back problems. A washing and a dishing Maschine. You don't see on the pictures but there is also a kitchen and bathroom for use;) Even an icecream mashine and more. The flat is near su hermannstr.ring s42.
Hallo, ich vermiete mein ca 28 m2 großes Zimmer mit Balkon in meiner komplett möbilierten 2 Zimmer Wohnung tageweise. Die komplette Wohnung hat 62m2 und ist voll ausgestattet. Küche optimal zum Kochen geeignet und natürlich ein Badezimmer sind auch in der Wohnung. Ein sehr komfortables Bett für Leute mit eventuellen Rückenproblemen ist auch enthalten. Ich freue mich über freundliche Untermieter.
Die Wohnung liegt in der nähe vom Tempelhoferfeld und SU Hermannstr. Ring.
Alles nötige befindet sich direkt in meiner Umgebung. Aldi ist auch gleich gegenüber. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Imbisse für jeden Geschmack und zum fairen Preis.

The flat is near s U Hermannstr. and the Tempelhofer field.
My bike and skateboard if its available can also be used.
Minimum stay is 5 nights. If you want to stay longer it's also possible. My bike and skateboard can also be used if its availlable. If you stay more than15 nights its 30 euro per night.
