Fully furnished, minimal but cozy. Some might call it shabby-chic.
Great location, near Sbahn/Ubahn Schönhauser Alle, 20mins walk to Mitte. Mauer Park flea market/karaoke is just around the corner on sundays and there's a farmer market on saturdays just up the street.
Lots of restaurant and grocery options (including organic supermarkets and asian market).
Front house, two room flat with separate eat-in kitchen.
Bedroom with queen-size bed and french window.
Small washroom with shower.
Central Heating, "Altbau" vintage hard-wood floors, stucco, doors and fixtures.
Washer for laundry, high-speed internet.
1000 euro per month + 500 euro security.
