Who would love to stay in my beautiful 2Room white apartment in Prenzlauer Berg, with peacefully high energy in it?
This is a short-term-stay (26.07. - 21.08.2024), the dates are not extendable and without Anmeldung.
It has high ceilings, a lot of daylight, white wooden floors, a sweet little kitchen, WIFI, and hosts 2 people perfectly if they share the big loft bed. No pets, nor smoking.

It is located in the famous Kollwitzkiez - only seven minutes to U2 Senefelder Platz or 10minutes to U2 Eberswalder Straße plus many Tramlines. Four local supermarkets are around (Rewe, Lidl, Edeka and LPG Market) Twice a week you have a fresh local market on the Kollwitzplatz. Cinemas and plenty or restaurants and bars are around.
It is one of the most beautiful areas in East-Berlin, inner circle. Very green and friendly.
Twice a week you find an eco market at Kollwitzplatz (Thursday) and Kollwitzstraße (Saturday).
In addition, several shopping facilities for daily needs.
Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users, as the apartment is located on the fourth floor.
