Frei ab 1. April:
Für eine Person oder ein Pärchen: rund 55 Quadratmeter WG-Anteil direkt am Viktoriapark, Berlin-Kreuzberg.
6 Minuten zu Fuß zur Bergmannstraße, 10 min. per Fahrrad zum Winterfeldplatz.
Wir vermieten längerfristig (aber zunächst auf Probe) den größten Teil einer schönen 3,5 Zimmer Wohnung im 5. OG (kein Aufzug!). Möbliert oder teilmöbliert (nach Absprache).
2 sehr sonnige Zimmer + Küche + Bad + Balkon + Wintergarten werden ausschließlich von den Mietenden genutzt!

Ein dritter Raum direkt am Eingang ist mein Büro (TV-Autor), ich benutze nie die Küche oder das Badezimmer (unsere Familienwohnung ist nebenan). Komme aber zu verschiedenen Zeit (auch gelegentlich abends). Es ist also eine Art WG, nur dass ich nie in den Rest der Wohnung gehe.

All-inclusive-Miete: 900 Euro/Monat (inkl. Strom, Wlan, Nutzung von Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Küchengeräte) + 150 Euro/Monat für Heizung und Strom, falls die Nutzung höher ist als üblich, evtl. Nachzahlung.
Eigenes Bett oder andere Möbel könnten mitgebracht werden.

6 minutes on foot to Bergmannstraße, 10 minutes by bike to Winterfeldplatz.
We are renting out most of a beautiful 3.5 room apartment on the 5th floor (no elevator!) on a long-term basis (but initially on a trial basis). Furnished or partly furnished (by arrangement).
2 very sunny rooms + kitchen + bathroom + balcony + winter garden are used exclusively by the tenants!

A third room right at the entrance is my office (TV author), I never use the kitchen or bathroom (our family apartment is next door). But I come in at various times (including occasionally in the evening). So it's kind of like a shared flat, except I never go into the rest of the apartment.

All-inclusive rent: 900 euros/month (incl. electricity, wifi, use of washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, kitchen appliances) + 150 euros/month for heating and electricity, if usage is higher than usual, possible additional payment.
You can bring your own bed or other furniture.
