Vom Bettbezug, Esspressomaschine bis zum Weinglas ist alles vorhanden. Vielleicht die eigene Zahnbürste nicht vergessen.

Eine Vielzahl großartiger Restaurants aus aller Welt und schöne Läden sind in Laufreichweite. Mitten im Kiez und trotzdem absolut ruhig, die ideale Kombination.

Eine echte Alternative zum Hotel, wenn sie/du den Winter über in Berlin zu tun haben.

Der angegebene Preis ist die finale Miete pro Monat, ohne weitere Kosten, d.h. inclusive Strom, Gas, Nebenkosten, Wifi, alles. Von kurzfristigen Vermietungen wochenweise sehen wir ab. Eine Unterkunft für ein Auto könnten wir eventuell auch noch anbieten.

This beautiful roof top terrace flat in the middle a Kreuzberg located quiet and is pretty sunny. The terace and windows show towards the south, so that you have sun during the whole day. The furniture and interior design is high-grade, the bright wooden floors are made freshly. The flat is spacious and not overloaded with too much furniture. Space for a baby is meanwhile available too.

From towels to wine glasses, espresso machine, the place is fully equipped. Maybe bring your own toothbrush.

In the neighborhood you find plenty of good restaurants from all over the world, all within walking distance. Famous Bergmannkiez is 2 blocks away from here and public transport couldn't be any better.

A real alternative to a hotel if you got stuff to do over winter in Berlin.

The price given here describes the monthly final costs including everything, no costs on top of that, that means electricity, gas, heating, WiFi, all included. We are in renting the place for the whole time, renting out by week is not possible.
