Ich vermiete meine schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung von April bis Ende September, ggf auch bis Ende des Jahres. Neben einem Schlafzimmer und einem Wohnzimmer hat die Wohnung eine vollausgestattete Küche (inkl. Waschmaschine) und ein kleines, aber feines Badezimmer.
Das Highlight der Wohnung ist mein Balkon, auf dem du bis mittags die Berliner Sonne genießen kannst. :)
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert.
Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich.

I`m subletting my lovely flat. :) The flat has two rooms (living room, bedroom) and a fully stocked kitchen with all equipment. Bathroom with towels etc. is of course also included. The highlight of my flat is my super cute balcony, where you can enjoy the Berlin Sun till noon.
It's rented fully furnished.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße zwischen dem Tempelhofer Feld und dem Körnerpark. In nur 10 Min bist du im Schillerkiez, da gibts tolle Cafes und Restaurants.
Zur U8 läufst du 5 Min, zur Hermannstr., wo die Ringbahn fährt, keine 10 Min.

Also just a 5 minutes walk to the lovely u8 ;) and ringbahn.
Mir ist es wichtig, eine Person zu finden, die zuverlässig ist und respektvoll mit meinen Sachen umgeht und auf meine Pflanzen aufpasst. :)
Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich und Tiere sind leider auch nicht erlaubt.
