Wir werden ab dem Winter für sechs Monate verreisen und bieten aus diesem Grund unsere schöne Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an, am liebsten an ein Paar oder eine Einzelperson.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und es gibt wenige Lärm. Die Wohnung bietet neben gut ausgestatteter Küche und Bad drei Zimmer, ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und ein Arbeits-/Gästezimmer. Letzteres nutzen wir altuell als Kinderzimmer. Das Bett dort ist 80 cm breit und ist ausklappbar auf 160 cm. Dort steht außerdem ein Kleiderschrank.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert mit Bett, Sofa, Esstisch, Fernseher, geräumigen Kleiderschrank, etc. Wir stellen über die Mietdauer einen Großteil unserer Sachen (Kleidung etc.) in den Keller, sodass hier genügend Platz ist.
Die Wohnung hat einen schoenen ueberdachten Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne.
Das Haus bietet einen großen Garten.

Dear everybody,
We will be travelling for six months through the winter and we would like to offer our beautiful flat for subrental in that time, preferably to a couple or a single person.
The flat is located in a calm neighbourhood and there is little noise, though the Baumschulenstrasse is not far away. It is fully furnished with a bed, a couch, a desk, TV, dining table, wardrobe etc. We will put most of our belongingst (cloths etc) down to the basement for the time of your stay, so there is enough space.
There is a pretty sweet balcony, with roof and a view into the green.
REGISTRATION IS POSSIBLE
Die Wohnung ist in Treptow, nahe der Sonnenallee in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet gelegen. Sie ist nah am Treptow Kanal und der Spree, außerdem ist der Plänterwald und der Treptower Park nicht weit.
Die Wohnung ist gut angebunden. Es gibt direkt um die Ecke die S-Bahn Station Baumschulenweg (S45/46/47/8/9) und auf der anderen Seite an der Sonnenalle den Bus M41, der in 15 Minuten zum Hermannplatz faehrt. Die HU in Adlershof und HTW in Schoeneweide, sowie der BER sind gut erreichbar.
Es gibt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wohnung einen EDEKA und einen Lidl.
The flat is positioned in Treptow, close to the Sonnenalle in a calm neighbourhood. It is very close to the Treptow canal and the Spree, as well as Treptower Park and Plaenterwald.
It is nicely connected via public transport. Right around the corner is the S-bahn station Baumschulenweg (S45/46/47/8/9) and on the otherside at Sonnenalle the bus M41, bringing you to Hermannplatz in 15 mins. The HU in Adlershof and HTW in Schoeneweise, as well as the airport BER are fairly close, too.
Two minutes walk from the flat there is a Edeka and a Lidle supermarket.
