Das kleine Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer zum größeren Zimmer.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhof und ist daher sehr ruhig.

My apartment is ONLY available from February 1, 2025, until the end of March (move-out date flexible). It is a large, cozy apartment in Wedding, just 5 minutes from Schiller Park. Rent includes all utilities (internet, GEZ, electricity, water, etc.). For shorter rental periods, the rent will be reduced proportionally.
The apartment is furnished and consists of a small room with a dresser and a large room that serves as a bedroom and living room. A dishwasher and washing machine are available. The bathroom includes a bathtub.
The small room is a passageway to the larger room.
The apartment is located in a courtyard and is therefore very quiet.
Man ist in 7 Gehminuten bei der U9 Nauener Platz, 10 Minute bei U6/U9 Leopoldplatz, die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist auch wenige Minuten entfernt. Ein Netto und McFit gibt es gleich um die Ecke. Viele Restaurants und Cafes sind drum herum. Bei gutem Wetter bieten sich der Schillerpark sowie der Plötzensee, die nur wenige Minuten entfernt sind.

It is a 7-minute walk from the U9 Nauener Platz, 10 minutes from U6 / U9 Leopoldplatz, there's also tram stop 5 minutes away. A grocery store Netto and a gym McFit is just around the corner. Many restaurants and cafes are around as well. In good weather, the Schillerpark and the Plötzensee are only a few minutes away.
