The flat is 70m2 with a fully equipped kitchen, a large living with a balcony, a large bedroom overlooking the courtyard, and another small bedroom.
nice, modern bathroom with a bath tub.
The building is a typical Berlin "altbau" (old building), with wooden floors, high ceilings.
I travel allot for work and leave for different periods each time. The price is for 10 days.
It's 40EU per night.
Part of the period is possible
check in before the date or check out after is possible, we will have to share for this period.
There's a nice vegan cafe just in front of the house.
Sonnenalle - with lots of great Middle Eastern restaurants and shops (ask me for recommendations!).
Karl-Marx - lots of shops and restaurants and a great market.
The canal is just outside, and there's a nice park to hang out in when the weather is nice. The flat is within walking distance of several other popular parks: Hasenheide, Treptow Park and Tempelhofer Feld.
you can share the flat as a WG as there are two separate bedrooms.
