da wir beruflich verreisen, bieten wir unsere gemütliche 2,5-Zimmer-Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an. Die Wohnung ist hell und geräumig, vollmöbliert und verfügt über wunderschöne Dielen und hohe Decken, die ein angenehmes Wohnambiente schaffen. Zudem haben wir sehr nette Nachbarn. In der Wohnung steckt viel Liebe und Sorgfalt. Daher suchen wir jemanden, der dies zu schätzen weiß und verantwortungsbewusst mit unseren Sachen umgeht.

since we are traveling for work, we are offering our cozy 2.5-room apartment for rent. The apartment is bright and spacious, fully furnished, and features beautiful floorboards and high ceilings, creating a pleasant living environment. We also have very nice neighbors. Our home is filled with love and care, so we’re looking for someone who appreciates that and will take good care of our belongings.
(DE) Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen Prenzlauer Bergs in der Gaudystraße. In der Gleimstraße gleich um die Ecke gibt es viele nette Cafes und Restaurants. Mögt ihr es etwas wilder ist die Eberwalder auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Der Jahnsportpark ist quasi direkt vor der Tür - sportliche Aktivitäten sind somit auch kein Problem.
(EN) The apartment is located in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg in Gaudystraße. There are many nice cafes and restaurants in Gleimstraße just around the corner. If you like it a bit wilder, the Eberwalder is also only 5 minutes away. The Jahnsportpark is virtually right on your doorstep - sporting activities are therefore also no problem.
