Spacious and bright flat in the best location by the canal

I'm not in Berlin during this time, so I'm renting my flat for this period.
I am on the lookout for someone reliable who would cherish and look after my home as if it were their own, including caring for the plants!

Preferably, I would like to find an individual who can occupy the space throughout the entire period I'm away.

My flat is situated on the top floor of a building that directly overlooks the canal. Rest assured, there is a lift to facilitate easy access. The flat features a cosy bedroom, a spacious living room, and a south-facing balcony, all nestled within a two-room layout.

Having resided here for many years, the home is fully equipped with all necessities, meaning you won't have to fret over missing amenities.

In the living room, there is a sofa bed accompanied by a large table, which serves the dual purpose of a workstation and a dining area. For movie enthusiasts, the room boasts a personal cinema setup with a projector and a large screen.

For those who appreciate modern conveniences, the flat offers an array of "smart features", including lights that can be manipulated via a mobile device to change colours, a thermostat-controlled heating system, and built-in speakers in every room. However, if you prefer a simpler setup, modifications can be made prior to your move.
