The apartment is close to all the restaurants, bars and cafes around Schillerkiez. It is directly overlooking Tempelhofer Park, right by the entrance to it, and close to Leinestr. U-Bahn station.
The apartment fits couple (although I would prefer a single tenant).
But not a party flat(!), the neighbors really need their peace and quiet.

Die Wohnung passt für ein Paar, obwohl ich eine Einzelperson bevorzugen würde.
Aber keine Party-Wohnung(!), die Nachbarn brauchen wirklich Ruhe.
The living room has some pretty plants that need watering about every 1-2 weeks, so probably only once during your stay.
The price includes 50€ cleaning costs.
