I’m offering my bright, cozy flat in the heart of Neukölln, fully equipped with everything you need. It has a comfortable bedroom, a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. The building is quiet, with kind and respectful neighbors, even though the area is lively and full of energy.
The flat comes with a brand-new washing machine, dishwasher, and a comfy king-size bed (180x200). Being on the 4th floor, it’s filled with natural light throughout the day, making it a lovely and welcoming space.
With wooden floors, high ceilings, and a large living room, it’s perfect for a small family, a couple, or someone on their own. There’s also a dedicated workspace and fast internet, making it great for remote work.
The flat is right in the heart of Neukölln at Sonnenallee/Weichselstraße, with everything you need just steps away. There are several grocery stores, bars, and amazing restaurants close by, and Weserstraße and the canal are just around the corner for a great stroll or a bit of exploration.
If you enjoy the outdoors, Hasenheide Park and Tempelhof Airport are just a short bike ride away, offering plenty of space for picnics, sports, or relaxing.
Public transport is super convenient, with the U7 Rathaus Neukölln, U8 Hermannplatz, and several bus lines just a few minutes away, making it easy to get around the city.
I’d like to sublet my beautiful flat for Christmas, from December 23rd to 27th. The daily rate is €65, and towels and bedding are provided.
The flat is non-smoking, and pets aren’t allowed.
