Die Wohnung ist Nahe Rosa Luxemburg Platz. hat einen Balkon, 2 Zimmer (Wohn- und Schlafzimmer), Küche mit Einbauküche und ein Bad.Das helle Wohnzimmer hat einen großen Esstisch und eine sehr bequeme weiße Eckcouch mit großem TV.
Direkt vor der Tür gibt es zwei Supermärkte, die U - und Tramhaltestelle Rosa Luxemburg Platz, Cafés und unendlich viele Shops. Zum Soho House sind es entlang der Torstraße 2min zu Fuß.
Mietpreis:
1.600€ (inkl. Strom, WiFi, Heizung, TV, usw)
+ 100€ pro Monat sind für meine Putzfrau, die 2 x im Monat kommt (Bezahlung direkt an sie)
Kaution: 1.000€
Die Wohnung ist NICHT WG-geeignet, keine Tiere, sorry.
