We are subletting our cozy apartment in Schillerkiez, Neukölln. It’s perfect for one person or a couple. It has a kitchen, living room, one separate bedroom and a big private terrace / small garden.
Dates are somewhat flexible, feel free to ask :)
The apartment is fully equipped:
- Fully furnished with a big 160cm bed and working desk
- Fast Wi-Fi
- New washing machine + dishwasher

Lively neighbourhood with lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance,
You have Tempelhofer Feld and Hasenheide within walking distance as well.
We can give you some tips on where to go if you are not familiar with the neighbourhood.
5min walking distance from U8 Boddinstrasse and several bus connections.

5 min walking from several supermarkets (Edeka, Rewe, Lidl)
- We have a lot of plants, we appreciate someone taking care of them while we are gone, they are not high maintenance though :)
- Please no pets (because of an allergy).
- This is a short therm sublet, so no Anmeldung possible, sorry!
- The shown price is on a monthly basis - this includes all utilities (wifi, water, heating,…)
- For the full period the rent is 1575 Euro for 6 weeks
