I'll sublet my recently renovated cozy flat from mid of December till end of February (maybe end of March). The move-in date can be somewhat flexible.
Looking for clean and trustworthy people, who treat my stuff respectfully.
I have 2 rooms. One is living and one bedroom with everything you need to feel comfy. Everything is set up and ready to go.

My flat is positioned between Görlitzer Park and Paul-Linke-Ufer. So you have many nice Bars, restaurants, cafés, fleamarkets and so so on right in front of your door. Also Treptower Park is super close for outdoor activities or just a walk.
Also you'll be super connected with the Öffis/BVG:
- busstop 4 mins or U-Bahn within 12 and S-Bahn within 17min walking
Living and bed room are bright during morning and noon. My neighborhood is very calm because the house is in the backyard. Also my neighbors are very relaxed and I want you to be nice and calm too - so no partying and stuff.
